Service network
More than 600 service stores across 400+ cities, an in-house experience centre and photometry laboratory, five regional divisions and nine functional groups at head office.
Lighting is a category that lives or dies on installation, commissioning and after-sales. Whether a product is any good depends on whether someone local will attend, dim and service a driver or a smart fault. SUFN divides the country across five regional channel divisions, delivers through more than 600 service stores, and backs both with the nine functional groups of the marketing centre for planning, design and training. Coverage is laid out city by city, with at least one service store in every key city, and in high-end private-residential lighting SUFN holds a share above 60%. The five divisions are the execution layer between head office and the stores: channel development, dealer management, project support and after-sales coordination within their territory, with technical review of lighting plans and cross-regional resourcing held at head office.
1. Five regional channel divisions
East division
Channel operation, dealer training and project support across East China and neighbouring provinces.
South division
Channel operation, regional marketing activity and project support across South China.
West division
Channel operation, dealer development and project support across western China.
North division
Channel operation, seasonal projects and after-sales coordination across North and Northeast China.
Central division
Store density and designer-channel development across Central China and key cities.
2. Marketing-centre structure
Nine functional groups sit under the marketing centre, forming one integrated professional team covering national channel operation, lighting-plan support, brand promotion, new-media operation and key-account project service. The relationship to the regional divisions is a matrix: one project can be carried jointly by a division, the lighting-design support team and key-account support.
| Function | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Customer service | The single point for repair and after-sales tickets: two-hour response and tracking to closure. |
| Brand | Brand communication, visual standards, store identity, exhibitions and media. |
| Smart-home | SUFN OS, Tianzhi and Tianyue panels and ecosystem sensors — solution design and support. |
| Lighting-design technical support | Reviews and issues lighting-hierarchy tables, layouts and scene schedules, and holds the optical line on every project. |
| Interior design | Works with interior designers and fit-out companies to match style and light environment to the brief. |
| Channel enablement | Dealer store operation training, the “Win at the Terminal” camps and store performance support. |
| New-media enablement | The “Dialogue with Light” salons, online course content and designer community management. |
| Key-account support | Coordination, cross-regional resourcing and delivery tracking for large projects and full-scheme work. |
| Flagship store | Live demonstration and high-spec client reception at the Guzhen Xingguang Alliance showroom. |
3. What the local service actually does
- Site survey: measure floor-to-ceiling heights, beams and ceiling construction, locate power and control runs and mark areas where nothing can be installed.
- Mock-up and sampling: confirm distribution, colour temperature and mounting method on a sample before anything is committed on site.
- Installation guidance: issue cut-out sizes, wiring diagrams and installation notes so partner installers can work to drawing.
- Dimming and commissioning: set brightness and colour temperature zone by zone against the scene schedule, and for SUFN OS projects complete whole-home linking and scene writing.
- Handover and training: demonstrate scene operation to the owner and housekeeper, then sign off illuminance and appearance.
- After-sales and maintenance: attend warranty claims, and inspect the smart system and drivers annually.
- Parts availability: drivers, panels and mounting accessories are stocked locally to shorten replacement waiting times.
4. Experience centre and photometry laboratory
The experience centre and photometry laboratory are used for photometric testing, spectral validation and real-room demonstration. Designers and owners can compare the same space under different distributions, colour temperatures and dimming curves rather than judging from a swatch in a catalogue. The showroom is at Unit B03–B05, 4/F, Block B, Xingguang Alliance, Guzhen Town, Zhongshan.

5. How stores and projects fit together
Project work is usually executed and supported by the service store in the project’s own city, with head office and the regional division supplying plans, drawings, selection review and cross-regional resourcing. The split keeps the response speed of a local service while holding the specification consistent across cities.
