Tianzhi's aim is for the panel to disappear into the wall. Frameless, with no opening in the face and a concave arc the finger fits, it makes the control surface part of the wall rather than a box stuck onto it. It is a concave smart panel of its kind, and won the Red Dot Award 2022.

Design intent: a round heaven, a square earth
“A round heaven, a square earth” comes from Chinese philosophy: the circle for boundlessness and open possibility, the square for resolve, order and firmness. Tianzhi turns those four characters into two interchangeable outlines — a circle and a square — both frameless, both closed off with a soft curved transition. Once soft furnishings and joinery are settled, the panel is usually the last hard edge left on a wall, and it is exactly that last edge Tianzhi is designed to handle.

Key travel and rebound have been tuned. The panel is the most-used device in the home, so travel length and rebound decide whether the daily feel stays consistent. The metal body neither ages nor yellows, so the feel after years matches the feel on delivery.
Presence on, absence off, fully adjustable
Lights follow people and fade out behind them, with off-delay, detection range and sensitivity all adjustable. Turn it down in a bedroom and pair it with a schedule so a night-time trigger does not flood the room; tune the range around pets. Amber backlight marks the active state, white the sleep state.

QHow do Tianzhi and Tianyue differ, and which should I choose?
Neither outranks the other; they are two characters. Tianzhi takes a round heaven and a square earth: a circle or a square, frameless, concave under the finger, with no opening in the face, so the panel and the wall read as one surface. Tianyue takes the sundial: an octagonal outline, a 10° inward fold and a 24-tooth dial, with more metal and a part you can turn. Choose Tianzhi for minimalism and a seamless wall; choose Tianyue for Eastern interiors that accept a metal fold. QIs a frameless panel hard to install?
Frameless edges and a concave face are demanding to install, because any error in wall flatness shows along the panel edge — so confirm flatness and finish thickness at the plastering stage. The standard 86 mm box replaces an existing box directly; the dedicated recessed box must be cast in to drawings during the first-fix stage. The panel itself supports neutral-wire installation, so retrofit homes need no rewiring.

It is the rated mechanical life of the key travel. Travel length and rebound decide whether the daily feel stays consistent, and the panel is the most-used device in the home, so high-frequency use is the normal case rather than the exception.
