Chunxiao Series
Co-designed with Professor Zhang Xin of Soochow University; Red Cotton Design Award and IAI Asia-Pacific Design Award 2024. Pendant drop adjusts from 0 to 150 cm, with surface, recessed and pre-embedded mounting.
The Chunxiao series begins with the plump cocoon of spring. Designed with Professor Zhang Xin, professor and master’s supervisor at the School of Art, Soochow University, the series builds a biomorphic language to produce fixtures that feel alive and natural. Crystal-clear acrylic lets light leave with almost no loss, and in 2024 the series took both the Red Cotton Product of the Year and the IAI Asia-Pacific Design Award.
High-transmission acrylic
Crystal-clear acrylic produces a fine, clean halo, with light leaving the fixture at almost no loss. The diffusion is even, so the body never becomes a visual hot spot.
Four metallic finishes
Mirror gold for warmth, chrome for modernity, antique copper for nostalgia and space grey for depth — covering contemporary, light-luxe, wabi-sabi and neo-Chinese schemes.
Adjustable drop, 0–150 cm
Pendant versions adjust freely so clusters can be staggered, giving a room its rhythm — and the final height can be set on site against ceiling height and furniture proportions.
Three mounting methods
Surface-mounted, recessed and pre-embedded, so the same fixture works in a retrofit shell or a finished ceiling without cutting new openings.

QCan the Chunxiao pendant be height-adjusted?
Yes. The pendant uses a special drop mechanism adjustable from 0 to 150 cm. Set each unit individually when grouping so the cluster reads as a rhythm rather than a flat line.
QHow does the table lamp’s gesture control work?
One sweep switches it, two sweeps change colour temperature, and holding a hand near it dims the output. The arm adjusts through 0–50° and the base charges compatible phones wirelessly. In bedrooms, turn the sensitivity down to avoid overnight triggers.
QCan the hand lamp be used outdoors?
Yes, for terraces, gardens and other semi-outdoor settings. The hand lamp is IP54, charges over USB-C and runs for more than 10 hours on its 5,000 mAh cell. It is not immersion-proof and should not sit in prolonged direct rain.
QWhat is the Chunxiao warranty?
Decorative fixtures are warranted by part: light source and driver five years, body three years. Residential interiors only; hotels, clubs and other projects are uniformly three years.
